North Queensland Regional Organisation of Councils (NQROC) was established in 2018 and is a conduit for NQ councils to work together to better deliver services to their residents and to meet the challenges of a fast-developing region.

We have a genuine commitment to act on economic, social and environmental opportunities for the whole of North Queensland region.

Our members have wide-ranging reach and influence throughtout the region and beyond, including
direct connections to key decison-makers.

We apply collaboration, common sense, open conversations and local knowledge to issues unique to rural and regional councils.
